Happy New Year’s Resolution!

Happy New Year! 2010 has officially arrived and it brings with it the hopes and aspirations that every person has for themselves this year. 2009 is gone. It was a great year, but now it is time for new beginnings; it is time for a brand new start, a brand new mission, a brand new purpose, and a brand new you! Hopefully, you have already decided what your New Year’s Resolution is going to be and are starting today as day #1 in fulfilling that resolution. Today is a great day to begin a new and healthier lifestyle. Before you know it summer will be here and you will be trying to lose an extra 20, 30 or 50 pounds in a matter of weeks. Start today while you have plenty of time. No need to do anything drastic. To begin with, you should be taking a daily multi-vitamin.
