Getting Flatter Abs In A Month

A flat abdomen is something that everyone wants, but not everyone has. Some people are just born blessed and lucky in that they don’t have to exert much if any effort to maintain an impeccable looking waist line. However, for the rest of humanity, there is a burning to desire to want to know how to get greater abs in less time.  The truth is that the road map to getting flatter,  sexier abs is simple, but it isn’t easy!

You are going to need to change up your eating habits. Cut out everything white from your diet including rice, potatoes, pasta, breads, and white sugar. Milk you can leave in but try drinking only 2% or low fat. Next, you will need to eat a diet mainly consisting of lean meats, fish, vegetables, and fruits.  Eating right is almost 75% of the battle when it comes to getting flatter abs which is why many people fail and why we are mentioning it first.  You will also need to drink plenty, and I mean plenty of water. 4 bottles of water or the equivalent of 2 metric liters is what is recommended by most doctors and physicians. Water will keep your internal organs functioning properly and also helps to flush food out of the digestive track.  Finally, to the exercise. You need to start by doing a minimum of 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity, but you don’t need to do more than 45 minutes. The best cardio is a good run around the track, but you don’t have to run constantly. Doing short sprints followed by short walking intervals will help to increase the amount you burn. Hold your stomach in as you run so that you are utilizing those muscles as well. Finally, add some circuit training into your routine that utilize your stomach muscles throughout. The circuit need not be longer than 30 minutes, as long as you are doing a hard workout the entire time. As was mentioned earlier, the road to flatter abs may be simple, but it won’t be easy.
