Wednesday, September 9th, 2009

Yesterday, President Obama addressed congress to discuss health care reform. While we don’t know exactly how this health care issue is going to be resolved, we do know that things are quickly changing. Gone are the days of high insurance premiums for little or no coverage. Whatever the changes may be, we know that everyone will get better care for better prices. Health care is extremely important on a government level, but it is also important on a personal one. This is exactly why it is extremely important to make sure that you are taking care of yourself. As President Obama might agree, health care reform really does begin with you. Eating a healthy diet and working out are both going to increase your chances of having good health, and decrease your chances of being sick in the long run. So what can you do? Begin by eating a healthy diet with a diet program like Medifast.

Secondly, start an exercise regimen with the basics. You can begin by running on your treadmill like or a Nordic Track. So take health care reform into your own hands by reforming your health! Your country will thank you!
